2. When is it important to wear safety goggles or glasses

3. Whose responsibility is it to care for lab equipment and report any damage?

A) Only the teacher has this responsibility

4. If you are working with an open flame:

A) Never leave an open flame unattended
B) Hold your hand over the burner to test flame temperature
