I also know its palaces and parks, cinemas and theatres and its shopping malls. I love this city. It’s one of the busiest cities in the world and it has got the best places to hang out. You have to have good people skills, be sociable and organised. You have to be a good and caring listener because people often have problems with their accommo-dation, train tickets or their health. You may need to help them. I am always punctual and start my tours on time, and I love telling creative stories about some parts of the city. After a day’s work, I am often tired – I sometimes repeat the same things and feel a bit bored. But when the tour finishes, people come to thank me for showing them around the city. They tell me I am reliable and have a good sense of humour. This is what really makes me happy about my work.
